• Dr. Gwenllian Williams - Gwenllian gained a B.A., M.Sc. and a Ph.D. in Scotland. She is a doctor of psychology and became a chartered occupational psychologist in 1995. She is also a Meyler Campbell trained executive coach and a qualified NLP practitioner with a reputation for a no-nonsense approach to unblocking potential.

• Michael Farrell - After gaining a degree in commerce Michael went on to work in the insurance sector before joining a start-up business and growing it to a multi-million pound international concern. Leading on international sales and marketing in the UK and mainland Europe, he gained years of experience in managing, growing and directing a business at board level.

• Jacquie Brazier - Jacquie is a Chartered Psychologist (HCPC registered), Coaching Psychologist, former research fellow (Surrey University) and small business owner. She is qualified and experienced in administering, interpreting and feeding back on a number of ability and personality instruments.

• Sarah Macpherson - Sarah gained her BA in Psychology and MSc in Occupational Psychology at Sheffield University, and her Post-graduate Diplomas in HR Management and Stress Management from London. She became a Chartered Occupational Psychologist (BPS) in 1996 and Chartered HR Practitioner (CIPD) in 1992.

• Amanda White - Amanda holds a BSc and an MSc in psychology and occupational psychology and is a Chartered Psychologist. She is a British Psychological Society Registered Specialist in Test Use (Occupational) and so is able to use numerous psychometric tests to support development and selection initiatives. 

• Sarah Roberts - Sarah has a BSC in Psychology and an MSC in Occupational Psychology. She holds an Advanced Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring from the Oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring and is a qualified NLP Practitioner.

• Dawn Holberton - Dawn graduated with a first-class degree in Psychology from Lancaster University and has an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck College. She became a chartered occupational psychologist in the early 90s. She is an NLP Practitioner and qualified to use a full range of psychometric tests and questionnaires.

• David Fryer - David has used a coaching mindset throughout his career, first as a law firm managing partner and latterly running UK/US software/services companies, to facilitate the development of people’s potential.

• Alice Stapleton - Alice is a Career Coach and Generation Y Consultant with ten years experience of working with individuals looking to unlock and develop their potential, both professionally and personally. Her Masters in Coaching and Mentoring Practice (EMCC recognised training) involved the completion of academic research in to the coaching approaches most effective when working with Generation Y

• Douglas French - Douglas brings more than 30 years professional and business experience to his coaching practice. Formerly a partner of “magic circle” law firm, Clifford Chance, where he held a number of leadership and management positions, he is now pursuing a “portfolio” of business, charitable and other activities. He trained as an executive coach with Meyler Campbell (the business coach programme) and Ashridge Business School (coaching for organisational consultants).
